Data controller

Qubismic ApS, Haarby, Denmark, is the data controller for personal data processed on qubismic.com. Contact: legal@qubismic.com.

Data we process

• Email address, firm/role, stage interest, and optional note — when you submit the access-request form. Lawful basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).
• IP address — captured at request time for rate-limiting (held in memory only and discarded when the rate-limit window expires) and included in the internal access-request notification email for security and abuse review, where it is retained with that email (see Retention). Lawful basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in service integrity and fraud prevention).
• Chat messages — after you submit the form, you may use our AI assistant. The content of your messages is sent to our language-model provider (Anthropic) to generate replies. Conversations are not stored on our servers and are not used by the provider to train models. Do not enter sensitive personal data. Lawful basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering investor enquiries).

What we do not collect

• No tracking or advertising cookies.
• No third-party analytics scripts.
• No fingerprinting, session replay, or behavioural profiling.

Retention

Access-request emails are retained for 24 months from submission unless you request earlier deletion.

Your rights

You may exercise GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection) by emailing legal@qubismic.com. We respond within 30 days. You may lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).

Subprocessors

We use Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting), and Anthropic (AI assistant language model). All providers offer EU-compliant data processing terms. Current subprocessor list is available on request.
